Was recommended by a colleague for some break pad replacement that had gone so bad that the shrill sound was annoying. These guys were extremely helpful and did the job on a priority without an appointment. Very professional yet friendly. I found Babbitt after my mechanic moved to a dealership that I was not impressed with. I only take my MINI to mechanics that have a lot of experience with MINIs, and i was so impressed with Babbitt! I am a little ignorant when it comes to cars, and I hate feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. Kameron was so personable and explained everything in detail. He did not push any repairs on me and was very honest and accurate with what my MINI needed. They even fixed a few small cosmetic things for free when the dealership wanted to charge me over $500. I was so impressed with the personal customer service and the high quality work. I will definitely be bringing my MINI into Babbitt from now on. So glad I found them!

Excellent customer service! You took the time to explain everything in detail and I didn't feel like I was being sold anything I didn't need. You also went the extra mile to fix little things for free that you could have ignored or charged me for.
