This company gained more of my respect as they don't sit around trying to pull scare tactics on you. In other words, you don't have to worry about going in to get your breaks changed and then worry about them coming back with 5 other different issues. They will make suggestions though and leave the decision up to you. Brad and his team are first class.

On the initial phone call I spoke to Danny and I had no Idea what was wrong with my car. I told him what was going on and with his knowledge he was able to determine what might have been the issue. Since the day I purchased my low mileage, pre-owned BMW 750Li, it has driven poorly. Choppy, lurching transmission, poor handling and unenjoyable performance. After a trip to Babbit Motor Werks, the problem was diagnosed, and rapidly corrected. I have literally considered abandoning this vehicle as a lemon on many occasions, but the car drives like new again, the way a 750 should. These repairs likely kept me in this vehicle for another 5 years.

After a string of problems with Chapman BMW in Chadler, I sought an alternative for my 2013 X1. I needed a routine service check and Danny was very helpful, friendly, and informative over the phone, and for me in the schedule the next day, as requested to fit with my schedule. I was early for my appt and they started looking at my car early, and got me in and out ahead of the time frame promised. Online reviews, which is how I found Babbit, didn't steer me wrong.
