They are cheaper than the dealership, but really know what they're doing. Brad was super transparent with me about pricing, was able to walk me through the problem (and the things that weren't problems) and the solution. Will definitely be using them for all my Mini Cooper servicing from now on!

I took a 2004 BMW 645 ci in for a presale inspection to make sure the car was in good shape. I was there for over an hour. I received excellent service and they did an amazing job. They provided me with a very detailed post inspection report. I was all set to purchase this vehicle but after receiving the detailed report decided not to buy. I’ve had 2 BMWs that I have taken to Babbitt for almost 15 years. They are the best in what I look for in a repair shop: knowledgeable techs, reasonable prices, and great customer service. In addition they are very honest in what needs to be repaired and what doesn’t. I trust them. Would strongly recommend to any BMW owner, new or used. ( The BMW not the owner!)
