They found and offered a battery upgrade after having already already ordered and receiving the standard start-stop replacement part, offering me the option to wait an hour to get a 20% higher capacity one for the same price. They are competent, honest and seem to always look out for my best interest rather than jumping to an immediate repair.

My experience was great. Jen was really the only contact I had but she followed up and went above and beyond to make my service a great experience. I live in Buckeye and Babbitt determined I needed new tires, Babbitt made a good recommendation of a local tire shop, actually drove my 2004 M3 to the tire place, coordinated my car service with the installation of new tires. It would have taken hours for me to go back and forth to move the car from shop to shop.
