We service ALL your BMW & Mini Repairs. NOTICE: FOOTWELL MODULE (FRM) FAILURE
This is the first time using this facility and left completely satisfied with the services and communication that I received. I will recommend them in the future.
They always take good care of our BMW and have fair prices and great service. Babbitt is a place we can trust.
Great service!!! These guys know BMW's!!!
Friendly staff, very honest with my questions, got the job done very quickly, will visit again for all my car needs
Fast and friendly service. Usually drop my car off in the morning and it's ready by the afternoon. Thanks!
Excellent service, again. Perfect independent BMW maintenance shop.
Took my wife's 2008 550i in today for intermittent check engine light and what I thought was suspension issue. I wasn't very thorough in explaining symptoms as I'm not a mechanic but Nathan was patience with me. Kameron called me and explained the issue with check engine and provided recommendations for other items they found but did not push repairs on me. I like the fact that part numbers and labor hours are clearly listed on invoice and estimate. I only have budgeted for certain repair costs so I didn't do all the recommended items. I was very surprised that they wash my car and cleaned the interior. I will return to complete other recommended items. First class service at reasonable prices. Thanks Kameron and Nathan, you've gained another customer.
Keep up the good work. You all at the Tempe Store rock!
The shop came on the referral of a friend. Very pleased with the level of service, the price and the honesty.
As per Service Bulletins posted by BMW North America and MINI USA, there are manufacturing issues with certain vehicles and the Footwell Module (FRM), BMW + MINI have extended the coverage on some of the FRM modules to 10 years 156,000 miles due to their high failure rates. If failure occurs while in the process of diagnosing your vehicle with our factory scanner, we cannot be held responsible as this is a BMW/ engineering problem with the Footwell Module (FRM) itself and not with anything done by Babbitt Motor Werks.
