Wonderful experience at 1/2 the price of the BMW dealer!

I cannot say enough about this company, they are amazing! I wouldn't take my BMW anywhere else. They crew is so great, they remember everything...and their prices and advice and honesty are what all companies should try to be.

Nobody likes to spend money on car repairs, but Brad at Babbitt left us feeling confident that we got quality work for a fair price and only the work we really needed. Brad was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very nice to deal with. Our repair was done quickly and we were kept updated on status. We appreciate the two-year warranty. It’s a repair we’ve been putting off because it wasn’t critical and our MINI is older and our third car. I’m glad we finally did it; I love driving the MINI again now that it’s not rattling. We highly recommend Babbitmotorwerks and will use them again when the time comes.

After several years of being frustrated with high prices and excessive maintenance recommendations from dealerships, I finally decided to give Babbitt Motor Werks a try. They went above and beyond what I had experienced with dealerships for my Mini Cooper. Trustworthy, transparent, affordable, professional, and awesome customer service. They even gave my Mini a complimentary cleaning which I was totally not expecting. Oh and did I mention how affordable they are!?! I’ll say it again. I’ll definitely trust Babbitt for future service/maintenance appts. Thanks again ;)

These guys are the real deal for BMW’s. Don’t waste your time going to a dealership. These guys shoot straight, do good work, and save you $ vs high price dealership charges. Overall best value for sure. Staff is great !

Was getting transmission malfunction error on my 2014 bmw 5 series. Booking was easy, they called back and confidentally told me it was a battery issue. Replaced battery and was ready in a few hours. Have used them before as well and they have been very consistent with their service.
