I am very impressed with Babbitt Motor Werks, their attention to detail and knowledge made me feel confident in their work. After first taking my BMW Z4 to the dealership, I ended up coming to Babbitt Motor Werks (I found them through a Google search) for some maintenance and repairs. The turn around time from drop off to pick up was very fast and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get every item that the dealership pointed out AND several other services completed for LESS than what the dealership was going to charge me. The reason I would recommend Babbitt Motor Werks to other BMW owners is simple, they did their own thorough inspection, explained what they found, and why they recommended doing the repair/maintenance all while NOT being pushy. This is what great, fair, and quality work looks like. They have earned my trust and business.

First time there with my 2011 X3. Brad was awesome - talked me through the entire list of issues found. Listed everything by priority and told me which items could wait a while. Put my wife and I at ease with overall condition of car and future work and cost. Highly recommend Babbitt.

They replaced my driveshaft and differential bushings. As well as installed new brakes rotors. Also did my ac evaporator. I can’t recommend these guys enough. I have a third party warranty which they’ve worked with every time and every time I’ve saved thousands. These guys are amazing and friendly and timely.

As always, these guys were super friendly and informative. I made a mistake and had called their other location for my oil change, but instead of having me drive up there, they changed my oil and washed/vacuumed the car for me at their Tempe location. I won’t take my BMW anywhere else. Thank you guys again! Update: Was just in for my third visit for an oil change and brake fluid flush. Still getting great service.
